All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Travelcix reserves the right to accept or decline any reservation request at its sole discretion.

All prices quoted are in the designated currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Additional costs incurred during travel (e.g., optional activities, personal expenses) are the responsibility of the customer.
2.3 Payment Terms:
Customers may be required to pay a deposit or the full amount in advance as specified during the booking. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation without refund.
2.4 Currency Fluctuations:
Travelcix is not responsible for any currency exchange rate differences or additional charges imposed by banks or payment gateways.
2.5 Cancellation & Refunds:
Cancellation and refund conditions are outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Customers are urged to review it carefully prior to booking.
3. Travel Documentation
3.1 Passports & Visas:
Customers are responsible for ensuring valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and permits. Travelcix may offer general guidance, but it is not responsible for visa denials or entry issues.
3.2 Travel Insurance:
We highly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other unforeseen events.
4. Travel Itinerary
4.1 Itinerary Changes:
While we strive for accuracy, itineraries may be subject to change due to weather, local conditions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen factors. Alternate arrangements will be made wherever possible.
4.2 Health & Fitness:
Some activities may require a certain level of physical fitness. Customers should assess their health conditions and consult their physician if needed before undertaking any strenuous activities.
5. Conduct During Travel
5.1 Legal Compliance:
Customers must adhere to the laws and regulations of the destinations they visit. Travelcix is not liable for any legal issues arising from the customer’s conduct.
5.2 Cultural Respect:
Customers are expected to respect local customs, traditions, and cultural sensitivities. Offensive behaviour may result inthe termination of services without a refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Third-Party Services:
Travelcix partners with hotels, transport operators, and other service providers. While we strive to work with reliable partners, we are not liable for deficiencies in third-party services.
6.2 Personal Risk:
Travel involves inherent risks. Travelcix is not responsible for personal injury, illness, death, or property damage arising from travel or related activities.
6.3 Personal Belongings:
Customers are responsible for safeguarding their belongings. Travelcix is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items during travel.
7. Force Majeure
Travelcix shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in service delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, civil disturbances, or government actions.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
