Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Travelcix, we understand that travel plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring clarity for all our valued customers.

Refund Policy

  • Duplicate Payment:
    If a customer is charged twice for the same transaction, the duplicate amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 15 to 20 working days.

  • No Show:
    In the event the customer fails to arrive for the tour without prior notice, no refund will be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

  • 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the tour cost will be charged as retention
  • 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour cost will be charged as retention
  • 7 Days prior to arrival: 70 % of the Tour cost will be charged as retention
  • Less than 7 Days or No Show: 100% of the Tour cost will be charged as retention

    NOTE:
    In case if any Tour is cancelled from the Company’s end, then the full refund of the amount paid by the guest will be made within 7 working days of the cancellation of the tour by the same mode of payment. Alternatively, the guest can take any other Tour option suggested by the Travel Company or can utilize the tour amount paid for any of the company’s future tours.

Inclusions (Subject to Package Selection)

  • Pickup and drop from Delhi airport or hotel
  • Private chauffeur-driven air-conditioned car
  • Monument entrance fees (if included in the selected package)
  • Lunch at a multi-cuisine restaurant (if included in the selected package)
  • Overnight hotel stay and breakfast (if included in the selected package)
  • Live guide services
  • Bottled water and umbrella
  • Parking charges and applicable taxes

Exclusions

  • Alcoholic or bottled beverages
  • Tips and gratuities
  • High-end electronic gadgets (camera, etc.)
  • First aid or personal medication
  • Any destination-specific gear (e.g., shoe covers, scarves)
  • Any services not explicitly mentioned in the inclusions
